How this was calculated

Permeability: k = 162.6 × q × B × μ / (m × h). Using B=1.2 RB/STB and h estimated from context.

Dietz method: P_bar = P* - (m/2.303) × ln(CA × tDA), where tDA = 0.0002637 × k × tp / (φ × μ × ct × A).

MBH correction: P_MBH = 2.303 × (P* - P_bar) / m.
