How this was calculated

Saucier Criteria: Gravel size = 5 to 6 x D50 of formation sand. This is the industry standard from Saucier (1974).

Uniformity Coefficient: Cu = D60/D10. Well-sorted sand has Cu < 3; poorly sorted has Cu > 5.

Screen sizing: Screen slot should be smaller than smallest gravel particle to retain gravel pack.

Perforation ratio: Gravel size should be at least 6x smaller than perforation diameter.
